Full-Services Planner

Plans the entire event from start to finish (from designing the overall vision and hiring and meeting with vendors to coordinating the day-of). This couple wants it all. Our full-service planner package covers all aspects of your big day —from wedding design, budget assistance, vendor selection and more. We help you get everything right from “Yes” to “I do.”

Full-Services Coordinator

Helps you manage your vendors, answers planning questions, deals with logistics like contracts and organizing vendors and timelines. So you’ve booked your venue, booked your priority vendors, and found a dress, but there are still a few things left to do. We’ll review your budget, offer vendor recommendations, design suggestions and wedding planning guidance.

Day-of Coordinator

Helps make sure everything runs smoothly on the actual wedding day, but isn’t really involved in much beforehand.
You’ve chosen the flowers, tasted the cake and finalized your guest list. When your special day arrives, let us take care of the rest. We will handle every aspect of your wedding day- from managing vendors and venues to smooth out last-minute details.

• Assistance with last-minute tasks up to 4 weeks before “I Do”
• Communication via email, phone, text, and video chat during business hours
• 2 in-person meetings
• Visit both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding day
• Development of a detailed wedding timeline so everyone is on the same page
• Coordinator introduction phone call to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day
• Wedding rehearsal supervision for 1 hour
• On-site coordination and supervision, at the ceremony and reception sites, for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding
• Vendor management - confirm arrival times, keeping to schedule, and inspection of deliverables
• We assist with ushering for seating and program handout
• We direct the bridal party when it’s time to walk down the aisle
• We assist making sure that bridal party and family are gathered for photographs
• We direct the maid of honor and the best man when it is time to give their speech

Coordinator assistant is required for a wedding guest list of 200 or more at additional rate of $200

Event Designer

Focuses on pulling together the overall look of the day. Helps you shape the event by giving you decor suggestions or assistance with specific projects.
